EMF FAQs

EMF is the abbreviation for Electro-Magnetic Fields. There are several types of EMF:

  • Electric fields: the electricity cables that run through our walls, which power our lights and electrical equipment
  • Magnetic fields: the fields ‘given off’ by our electrical equipment e.g. computers, screens, electric cookers, air fryers
  • Microwaves or Radio Frequency: produced by 3G, 4G, 5G connective devices and towers, wifi, bluetooth, microwave ovens. The level of microwave radiation that we are subject to in our day to day modern lives is rocketing; in line with an explosion in chronic conditions and long term disease in both adults & children. 

Briefly, they add to the toxic load which impacts on our entire bodies and hinders our cells from working as they should.  EMFs stop our bodies from functioning optimally.  If our cells are constantly dealing with this toxic load it prohibits us from resting and repairing effectively.   This is particularly important whilst sleeping, which is the when our circadian rhythm tells our body to attempt to repair and heal dis-ease.

It is a therapeutic technique that focuses on realigning your electrical energy by reconnecting to the earth.  To connect to the earth you need to be in touch with the earth directly, with your skin. For example, sitting or walking barefoot on a beach or grassy area, or swimming in the sea, river or lake, or hugging a tree.   If you are wearing rubber soled shoes or have other synthetic material between your skin and the earth – then you are not connected to the earth – you are not grounded – these materials are not conductive and the earth’s negative electrons can not pass through.

Earthing/grounding is dose related. The longer you are grounded the greater the positive impact and the better you will feel.  Connecting to the earth can diminish chronic pain, fatigue and other ailments that plague so many people today. 

In the 1950’s & 60’s, those old enough, will recall the advertisements for tobacco at that time.

It wasn’t until the 1990’s that tobacco advertising was banned and ‘we’ started to be honest about the dangers of smoking tobacco. Why was that? Huge amounts of money was being made by a small number of influential companies. Just saying.

When will the dangers of EMF exposure be more commonly known?

 

A health concern for a growing number within our population. Sweden are currently the only country which recognises EHS as a disability. Ask Wikipedia and they’ll infer its a load of nonsense.  Wonder what Wikipedia would have said about cigarettes in the 1950-60’s?

Symptoms of EHS include:

    • Fatigue

    • Poor sleep

    • Anxiety & Depression

    • Chronic Pain

    • Headaches

    • Difficult concentrating

    • Memory loss

    • Irritability

    • Hearing problems

    • Dizziness

In research conducted, Santini et al (2002) concluded that the nearer you live to a ‘cell tower’ the higher the prevalence of the above debilitating symptoms and disease.
